4. Paid Blog

4.1. Access to the Paid Blog requires a subscription, which must be purchased through the Site. 4.2. Subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. 4.3. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will not result in a refund for the current billing period.

 

5. Courses

5.1. Course content is available for purchase and will be accessible upon successful payment. 5.2. All sales of Courses are final. Refunds will not be issued once access to the Course has been granted, except as required by applicable law. 5.3. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Course without prior notice. 5.4. Course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed without our written consent.

 

6. Counselling Services

6.1. Counselling Services are available for purchase on a one-to-one basis. 6.2. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and may be subject to availability. 6.3. Cancellation Policy:

• Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice will be rescheduled or refunded upon request.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. 6.4. Counselling Services are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.

 

7. Payments

7.1. All payments must be made through the payment methods provided on the Site. 7.2. Prices are displayed in GB pounds (£) and applicable taxes or fees will be added at checkout. 7.3. If a payment fails, access to the Paid Blog, Courses, or Counselling Services may be restricted.

 

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, videos and logos, is our intellectual property or licensed to us. 8.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
